POLICIES
  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchased items and have implemented the following guidelines for handling returns.

  • All sales should be considered “final” unless there is a manufacturer’s defect with the item.

  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement.

  • Non-defective items, garments, wigs, etc., may be exchanged, at the sole discretion of the owner, within 14 days of receipt. Non-defective returns must be in new, re-saleable condition. No returns will be accepted on items that have been worn, washed, had the tags removed, stained, smell of smoke, or damaged in any way.

  • If the customer prefers to have an item delivered to their home, there will be a reasonable shipping fee added to the order for this convenience. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee(s). Should the non-defective item be returned by mail, the customer would be responsible for the return shipping and there would be no refund of the original shipping fee.
